New Year’s Resolutions: This Year I Will Blog Regularly.

An analogy I use for SEO is the person running up an escalator that’s coming down.  You have to keep on pushing upward or you’ll slide right on down again.  The same is true for your website rankings on Google.  It’s a competitive landscape and you have to work to maintain your rankings.  If you slack off and neglect to add new content to your website, you can expect to slide right on down.  So this year, resolve to keep your site at the top.  The best way to do this is by blogging regularly.  Google loves fresh, unique content.  Give ’em what they want and they’ll reward you with high rankings.  Hope that helps.  Happy New Year!
