When you search Google for the phrase “pergolas” you’ll see that there are 6,610,000 sites that come up in the results. Now that’s some serious competition. It’s a daunting task to think that you’d be able to beat out 6 million other sites for that coveted first page on Google.

One of our long-time clients, VinylPatioKits.com wanted to take on the competition and compete for that phrase, despite the fact that he’d have to beat 6 million other sites. After all, if we’d just go for a less popular phrase like “vinyl pergola kits” we’d only have to compete with 48,000 sites instead of 6,000,000 sites.
