Fill in the blank. It’s been shown time and time again that people love to give their two cents. If you ask people for their opinions, they’ll share them, most of the time. However, some people have a difficult time thinking of something to say. You have to get them started. Ask them to fill in the blank. For instance, “The best thing about working with Red Rocket has been ______.” That sort of jump start fuels the reader. It gives them just enough to get them started and they take it from there. If you just say, tell us about your experience, you’ll find that you get a much lower engagement rate.
