Are you frustrated because you seem to be caught in a sea of competition where everyone seems to be saying the same thing?  Are you upset because you’re competing on price?

This is an all-too-common complaint but the good news is that it’s not that tough to overcome.  Think about it for a second.  What do you have to do the eliminate the price wars?  When your customers are comparing apples to apples, they’re thinking “All things being the same, I’ll go with the cheaper option.”  So don’t give them the apples to apples comparison.  Eliminate Competition by eliminating the possibility for the comparison.  Make it clear that all of the other options are apples.  You offer oranges.  If they want what you have to offer, they’re going to have to buy from you because you’re the only one selling oranges when everyone one else is competing with their apples.  Do something different.  If your competition is doing the same thing as you are, stop doing it right now and do something else.  That’s it.  I hope that helps.
